Descriptions of Presentations

Invited Panel Keynotes - a 20 minute keynote presentation on a critical idea, research or practice by persons who have established expertise in themes related to the conference. Participants will have opportunities to participate in post-panel experiential seminars to engage with theory and research in more practical ways
Paper Session – a 15 minute paper presentation followed by a facilitated conversation among the presenters and the audience.
Poster Session – a poster display with the opportunity for informal discussions among presenters and participants. Posters will remain on display throughout the conference.
Note: All papers authored by undergraduate students must be co-authored by their faculty supervisor(s) mandatorily. These abstracts will be reviewed and accepted only for poster sessions/presentations category by default.
Workshop – a 90 minute experiential workshop of a healing modality or counselling technique.
Conversation session – a facilitated discussion for 1 hour on a topic related to one of the conference themes.
Symposium - a presentation by 3/4 participants around one of the themes

Post Panel Experiential seminars - Groups of participants will engage with keynote panelists in a deeper and more meaningful manner

Submission Procedures
Submit a proposal with your name, affiliation, email address, abstract (250 - 300 words describing your presentation), which type of session you are proposing – paper, poster, workshop, or conversation session, and which theme(s) your abstract relate to, You can submit your proposal using the submit button below or by scanning the QR Code.
